BEZER Consultoría de Ingeniería is a consolidated consulting firm in the Latin American market and with a team of architects and engineers who have a professional background in structural design, architectural design, construction and calculation of civil structures with more than a decade of experience in the development of renewable energy projects, wind farms and solar parks; working in several countries such as: Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Chile, Vietnam, Central America and the Caribbean.

The services of BEZER Consultoría de Ingeniería are specially aimed at sustainable architecture, structural engineering, R&D, civil and electrical engineering of renewable energy projects, such as: solar projects, wind projects, biomass / biogas projects, small hydroelectric plants ( hydro). And in general to the development of real estate projects, engineering and civil infrastructure and technical assistance for works. In the same way, we help companies solve complex structural and mechanical engineering problems.

Jorge Mario Toro is the International Technical Manager of BEZER Consultoría de Ingeniería, born in Medellín, Colombia in 1980. He has a master's degree in Structural Engineering from the National University of Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina (2013). His master's thesis was in the area of foundations design for wind turbines. Title: "Applications of the Drucker Prager Constitutive Law for the Fundamental Design of Wind Turbines". He is a Civil Engineer from the University of Medellín, Colombia (2004). He has a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the National University of Cuyo (2011) He has published at congresses and conferences, such as: "VIII Conference on Computational Mechanics" at the Universidad de La Frontera, Chile; "South American ESSS ANSYS Users Conference in" Brazil in 2009 and at the "Brazil Wind Power 2013 , Conference and Exhibition ”.

He is a specialist in the design of foundations for wind turbines, in the execution of basic, executive and detailed engineering in civil infrastructure for wind farms and solar parks in several Latin American countries. He was a collaborator of the IMPSA company for a decade.

He is currently working on the development, pre-feasibility and study of new wind farms and solar parks, on research in the structural area, on the study of new foundations for large wind turbines and on the development of precast concrete towers for the wind industry.

In Argentina, he has worked in various public and private energy projects and the Argentine government, such as the RENOVAR and MATER programs. In Colombia it is working on the development of new energy projects such as the Colombian government tender. In Brazil and Chile it is working on developing new clients and participating in the execution of projects.
